- Minimum one year of Trapeze scheduling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of local area geography
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Research and analyze scheduled trip requests using Trapeze software
- Match trip requests to routes ensuring timely pick-up or arrival
- Analyze batched trips for route optimization
- Research and correct schedule violations and breaches
- Ensure OTP goals are met and schedules allow timely performance
- Perform various dispatching duties
- Perform payroll duties as assigned
