Job Requirements

  • Completion of a state-approved medication administration training program
  • possession of an Indiana QMA or CNA license

Job Duties

  • Create nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times
  • coordinate with Executive Director and Director of Nursing regarding staffing needs and compliance
  • order, re-order, and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
  • deliver supplies to necessary departments ensuring availability
  • foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members
  • collaborate effectively with team members to resolve scheduling issues
  • maintain compliance with budgetary, state, and federal guidelines regarding staffing and supply management
