Job Requirements
- Completion of a state-approved medication administration training program
- possession of an Indiana QMA or CNA license

Job Duties
- Create nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times
- coordinate with Executive Director and Director of Nursing regarding staffing needs and compliance
- order, re-order, and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- deliver supplies to necessary departments ensuring availability
- foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members
- collaborate effectively with team members to resolve scheduling issues
- maintain compliance with budgetary, state, and federal guidelines regarding staffing and supply management
