Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous corporate aviation and flight scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to two times per year
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Create and manage flight and crew schedules considering factors like flight times rest periods and legal regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew schedules and flight information
- Arrange hotel bookings and transportation for crew layovers
- Obtain necessary permits or visas for flight crew when flying in and out of foreign countries
- Coordinate with fixed base operators and fuel suppliers
- Interact in a professional decorum with company executives team members and guests
- Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis
- Perform other related duties as assigned
