Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 3 years of previous long-term care experience
licensed as a Qualified Med Aide (QMA) or CNA in the applicable state
prior experience in long-term care or assisted living settings preferred

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
minimum of 3 years of previous long-term care experience
must be licensed in the applicable state as a Qualified Med Aide (QMA) or CNA
prior experience working in a long-term care and/or assisted living setting preferred

Job Duties

Creates the nursing staff schedule
assures resident care is delivered in accordance with accepted standards of practice
makes rounds to inspect facilities and evaluate resident needs
facilitates and coordinates resident admissions, discharges and transfers
