Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care or related field
- Licensed as a Qualified Med Aide (QMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the applicable state
- Ability to manage staff scheduling and patient care coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of previous long-term care experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be licensed in the applicable state as a Qualified Med Aide (QMA) or CNA
- Prior experience working in a long-term care and/or assisted living setting preferred
Job Duties
- Creates the nursing staff schedule
- Assures resident care is delivered in accordance with accepted standards of practice
- Makes rounds to inspect facilities and evaluate resident needs
- Facilitates and coordinates resident admissions, discharges and transfers
