Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
1-3 months related experience and/or training or acceptable combination of education and experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent mathematical skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude
Ability to interact well with customers, employees, and vendors
Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
Ability to read price tags, create and post signs
Good vision for reading and setting signs
Ability to staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new pricing
Ability to use a step ladder
Physical ability to vertically and horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs and walk up to 4 miles per 8-hour shift
Ability to perform repetitive crouching, kneeling, and squatting

Job Duties

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes including changing shelf signs and tags and promotional signs
Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and pricing signage in all departments
Ensure compliance with all company and governmental compliance regulations
Work quickly and with accuracy to support pricing integrity in the store
Interact positively with customers, employees, and vendors
Maintain necessary reports and schedules related to scanning programs
Use billing and accounting principles and processes effectively
