Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 - 1 year of experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to memorize and accurately relay orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to patrons at counters and tables in coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other dining establishments
- Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Memorize or write orders on checks, relay orders to kitchen and serve food and beverages from kitchen and service bars
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
