Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 years of education and/or quality inspection experience
- Knowledge with IPC-STD 001 or similar standards
- Soldering, repair or assembly experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment
- Ability to move and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to obtain or possess US DoD secret security clearance
- Must work daily on-site in Warner Robins, GA
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of iMRO
- Active secret clearance
- IPC-J-STD 001 soldering certification
- IPC-A-610 certification
- Meets DoD SkillBridge requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of IPC-STD 001 industry standards
- Soldering, repair and assembly experience
- Experience in high-paced environments
- Ability to move objects up to 50 lbs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Basic knowledge of iMRO
- Active secret security clearance
- IPC-J-STD 001 soldering certification
- IPC-A-610 electronic assemblies certification
- Meets DoD SkillBridge qualifications
Job Duties
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections on electronic units and subsystems
- Conduct in-process, final and test operations on production items
- Execute in-process, final and test operations on repair efforts
- Utilize predetermined inspection methods such as blueprints and measuring instruments
- Perform inspections on purchased parts and components during receiving
- Witness test verifications and asset sell-offs
- Assist team members with related actions and suggest process improvements
