Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of education and/or quality inspection experience
  • Knowledge with IPC-STD 001 or similar standards
  • Soldering, repair or assembly experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment
  • Ability to move and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to obtain or possess US DoD secret security clearance
  • Must work daily on-site in Warner Robins, GA
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of iMRO
  • Active secret clearance
  • IPC-J-STD 001 soldering certification
  • IPC-A-610 certification
  • Meets DoD SkillBridge requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of IPC-STD 001 industry standards
  • Soldering, repair and assembly experience
  • Experience in high-paced environments
  • Ability to move objects up to 50 lbs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Basic knowledge of iMRO
  • Active secret security clearance
  • IPC-J-STD 001 soldering certification
  • IPC-A-610 electronic assemblies certification
  • Meets DoD SkillBridge qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform visual and mechanical inspections on electronic units and subsystems
  • Conduct in-process, final and test operations on production items
  • Execute in-process, final and test operations on repair efforts
  • Utilize predetermined inspection methods such as blueprints and measuring instruments
  • Perform inspections on purchased parts and components during receiving
  • Witness test verifications and asset sell-offs
  • Assist team members with related actions and suggest process improvements
