Job Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 7 years relevant electronics experience or associate degree in electronics-related field with 5+ years experience
  • Ability to work various shifts as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, or similar test equipment
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Department of Defense clearance
  • Meet DoD SkillBridge program qualifications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of relevant electronics experience
  • Associate degree in electronics-related field or Military Occupational Specialty in electronics with 5+ years of relevant electronics experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, or similar test equipment
  • Self-starter with ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Secret Department of Defense clearance
  • Meets Department of Defense SkillBridge qualifications as per DODI 1322.29

Job Duties

  • Fabricates, assembles, and disassembles electronic subassemblies
  • Wiring circuits, replacing components, and repairing electronic assemblies
  • Performs routine electronic preventative maintenance on special test equipment and test stations
  • Performs test readings using instruments like Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Digital Multimeters
  • Troubleshoots to component level to determine cause and remedy for malfunction
  • Conducts routine engineering tests and detailed experimental testing
  • Performs calibration checks on electronic instruments
  • Uses practical electronic theory and basic tools
  • Adheres to quality assurance inspection procedures
  • Conducts training
  • Completes assigned work center specific on-the-job training
  • Tests and tunes microwave assemblies by soldering small tuning tabs under a microscope
  • Follows test procedures, work instructions, and other process documents
