- Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a similar role
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables by various cooking methods
- Season and cook all cuts of meat, fish, and poultry
- Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Meet scheduled shift work attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties assigned according to client needs and business requirements
