Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of professional cooking experience

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities by various cooking methods including meat poultry fish and vegetables
- Season and cook all cuts of various meats fish and poultry
- Boil steam or fry vegetables
- Make gravies soups sauces roasts meat pies fricassees casseroles and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on accounts client requirements and business necessities
