Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of culinary or cooking experience
- Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to food safety and waste reduction
- Ability to follow instructions and perform assigned duties reliably

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables
- Season and cook all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
- Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
