Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years of related cooking experience
  • ability to work flexible and varying shifts
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • capability to prepare large quantities of food and use diverse cooking techniques
  • ability to follow established food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • reliable with a commitment to punctuality

  • strong culinary skills across various cooking methods

Job Duties

  • Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables
  • season and cook all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
  • boil, steam, or fry vegetables
  • make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
