Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of experience in cooking or a similar role
  • Ability to work flexible and varying shifts including weekends
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Adherence to safety and sanitation standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Three or more years of related work experience
  • Team-oriented adaptable and reliable

  • Strong food preparation and cooking skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts including rotating weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare large quantities by various methods of cooking meat poultry fish and vegetables
  • Season and cook all cuts of various meats fish and poultry
  • Boil steam or fry vegetables
  • Make gravies soups sauces roasts meat pies fricassees casseroles and stews
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned differing among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
