- Minimum 3 years of relevant cooking experience
- Ability to work morning shifts on weekdays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to prepare large quantities and various dishes according to quality standards

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables by various cooking methods
- Season and cook all cuts of meat, fish, and poultry
- Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
