Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables using various cooking methods
- Season and cook all cuts of meats, fish, and poultry
- Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
- Reduce food waste while maintaining food quality
