Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years related work experience
  • Ability to work overnight weekday shifts
  • Reliable transportation to work location
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare large quantities of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables using various cooking methods
  • Season and cook all cuts of meats, fish, and poultry
  • Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
  • Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
  • Reduce food waste while maintaining food quality
