Job Requirements

- Ability to work overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables by various cooking methods
- Season and cook all cuts of meats, fish, and poultry
- Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on client requirements and business needs
- Reduce food waste by efficiently utilizing ingredients
