Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of food by various cooking methods including boiling, steaming, frying, roasting, and baking
- Season and cook all cuts of meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables
- Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
