Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of relevant cooking experience
- Ability to prepare large quantities of food efficiently
- Able to work afternoon and evening shifts with varying days
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Capable of following instructions and safety guidelines
- Willingness to perform other duties as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables using various cooking methods
- Season and cook all cuts of meats, fish, and poultry
- Boil, steam, fry vegetables
- Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
