Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables using various methods of cooking
- Season and cook all cuts of meats, fish, and poultry
- Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste and promote sustainability practices in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
