Job Duties
- prepare large quantities by various methods of cooking meat poultry fish and vegetables
- season and cook all cuts of various meats fish and poultry
- boil steam or fry vegetables
- make gravies soups sauces roasts meat pies fricassees casseroles and stews
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned varying by account depending on business necessities and client requirements
