Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years of related culinary experience
Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
Commitment to punctuality and attendance
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation to work location

Job Duties

Prepare large quantities by various methods of cooking meat poultry fish and vegetables
Season and cook all cuts of various meats fish and poultry
Boil steam or fry vegetables
Make gravies soups sauces roasts meat pies fricassees casseroles and stews
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
