Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years of related work experience in food preparation or cooking
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work any shift with open availability
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Work independently performing moderately difficult tasks in preparing small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads, and other similar items
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Follow client-specific requirements and adapt to changing business needs
  • Reduce food waste through efficient preparation practices
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned depending on the account and client requirements
