Job Duties

  • Work independently performing moderately difficult tasks in preparing small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads, and other similar items
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Prepare and create nutritious dishes while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Reduce food waste by using ingredients efficiently and responsibly
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
