Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- available to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and co-workers
- willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, experience in management preferred
- demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of guest service principles
- strong understanding of P and L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams, Excel and Outlook
- ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
Job Duties
- Maintains inventory
- keep operational standards and procedures
- ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards
- ensures that restaurant follows all cash control and security procedures
- interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and co-workers
- motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast and friendly service in a clean facility
- provides coaching and feedback to Shift Leaders and Crew Members to increase the restaurant team's capabilities and raise restaurant performance
- directs restaurant team toward efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
- ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
- performs duties of Hourly Shift Leader when necessary
