Job Duties
- deliver white-glove service across all facets of high-net-worth program and benefits
- build genuine connections with members to build trust and deliver a personalized experience
- ensure consistency of service across internal and external engagements and vendors
- deliver experiences and interactions that build brand equity and enhance perception of Sazerac
- manage member requests proactively to meet or exceed expectations
- plan and execute on-site and off-site events and experiences
- coordinate member barrel selection visits and manage barrel progress
- build and maintain a detailed database of member information to tailor experiences
- create and operationalize member tasting experiences
- define standards for facility cleanliness and manage service requests before and after visits
- utilize performance development system for continuous self-improvement
