Job Requirements
- Must be available to work overnight shifts
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid drivers license and ability to pass Six Flags Drivers test required
- night audit experience preferred
- must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary
- must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- ability to work independently and exercise good judgement to resolve situations that may arise
- computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- knowledge of Opera software preferred
- possess organizational skills and attention to detail
- prior guest services experience required
- must have a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude
- must be able to perform tasks safely and adhere to company policy
- ability to share all possible hotel and safari knowledge as trained
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Posts room revenues
- balances cashier activity
- reconciles the day and runs nightly reports
- performs front desk duties when required
- handles guests concerns throughout the shift
- adheres to house rules, departmental policies, and safety standards at all times
- communicates clearly with guests and management
- responds to or channels any guest requests or complaints to the department or proper manager
- uses problem-solving skills to professionally handle any guest issue, question, or concern
- operates the property management system as needed to review transactions, reservations, and post payments
- maintains cleanliness of work location, completes property walks, and maintains cleanliness of the hotel perimeter
- performs other duties as assigned by management
- communicates guests transportation needs or transports them as needed
