  • prior experience in sauté or broiler cooking
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to accommodate special guest requests
  • strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
