Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Willingness to comply with all food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a line cook or similar culinary role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and prepare food according to specifications
  • Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • Maintain uniform according to restaurant requirements
  • Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits
  • Prepare all food items according to company specifications, recipes, and quality standards
  • Ensure guests have a superior dining experience through proper food preparation
  • Display proper food safety techniques including hand washing, glove use, and knife skills
  • Know emergency procedures for the restaurant
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work area including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and report any unsafe condition, act, accident, or injury immediately
