Job Duties
- master various kitchen stations including the saute line, grill, southwest, and expo to ensure seamless service
- follow precise recipes and techniques to prepare and plate buffalo wild wings’ fan favorites with total consistency
- keep a sharp eye on food quality and presentation, ensuring every plate meets our legendary standards
- uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols to maintain a professional workspace
- communicate clearly with both the kitchen crew and front-of-house staff to get orders out accurately and on time
- handle essential daily tasks such as station setup, ingredient prep, and restocking supplies
