Master various kitchen stations including the saute line, grill, southwest, and expo to ensure seamless service
Follow precise recipes and techniques to prepare and plate Buffalo Wild Wings' fan favorites with total consistency
Keep a sharp eye on food quality and presentation, ensuring every plate meets our legendary standards
Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols to maintain a professional workspace
Communicate clearly with both the kitchen crew and front-of-house staff to get orders out accurately and on time
Handle essential daily tasks such as station setup, ingredient prep, and restocking supplies
Maintain a collaborative and energetic environment within the kitchen team
