- Master various kitchen stations including the Saute line, Grill, Southwest, and Expo to ensure seamless service
- Follow precise recipes and techniques to prepare and plate Buffalo Wild Wings’ fan favorites with total consistency
- Keep a sharp eye on food quality and presentation, ensuring every plate meets our legendary standards
- Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols to maintain a professional workspace
- Communicate clearly with both the kitchen crew and front-of-house staff to get orders out accurately and on time
- Handle essential daily tasks such as station setup, ingredient prep, and restocking supplies
