Job Duties
- Ensure menu knowledge to address server or bartender questions including food allergy issues
- Follow recipes and uphold specs and perfect presentation of every dish
- Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas ensuring compliance with food handling requirements
- Maintain neat and organized work areas including sweeping and mopping as needed
- Accomplish all running and end of shift side work including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready
- Prepare and cook food items to perfection with a sense of urgency and adaptability
- Represent the company by exhibiting professionalism and positive service
