Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of culinary experience preferably in sauté and grill cooking
- availability to work night shifts from 4 pm to closing
- physical ability to stand for extended hours
- knowledge of food safety practices
- positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a sauté or grill cook
- some experience working as an Expo
- knowledge of Polish cuisine preferred
- ability to work night shifts
- strong organizational and time management skills
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- prepare sautéed and grilled dishes according to menu specifications
- coordinate with Expo to manage timely food delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill and sauté stations
- assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- support kitchen staff during busy service periods
- communicate effectively with front-of-house team for smooth operations
