Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled saute cook to take over
  • fulfills all job responsibilities to contribute to a great dining experience from beginning to end for guests
  • works directly with both back-of-house and front-of-house team members to ensure all guest needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • ensures menu knowledge to address server or bartender questions including food allergy issues
  • follows recipes and upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish
  • maintains proper food handling and sanitation of work areas ensuring compliance with food handling requirements
  • maintains neat and organized work areas including sweeping and mopping as needed
