Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years as a line cook preferred
  • Willingness to work weekends and summer holidays
  • ServSafe certified preferred
  • Other valid food handler certifications accepted
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
  • Tolerance to loud environments
  • Must provide references and complete a working interview

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain the station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
