Job Requirements
- Ability to work scheduled and assigned times including required overtime

- ability to complete work requests for corrections and improvements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- three months production or related experience preferred
- knowledge of GMPs and food allergens
- ability to be HACCP certified, PIT certified, and LOTO certified
- proficiency using computers and email
- ability to identify Critical Control Points
- ability to read a thermometer
- knowledge of the 5S concept
- ability to work with pork, chicken, beef, shellfish products and allergens
Job Duties
- Complete and return all required documentation such as HACCP and SSOP in English
- inspect work environment for defects prior to startup and notify appropriate personnel
- complete daily scale audits and prepare equipment for startup
- verify ingredients and safely transfer them to the kitchen
- review requisition and batch sheets for accuracy
- perform viscosity and temperature checks and record results
- ensure sauce samples are taken according to policy
- complete all changeover activities including cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- attend daily and weekly DDS meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
