Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- One year general office experience
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate a calculator, telephone system, copier, fax machines and other standard office equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Pleasant and professional telephone manners

- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably one year of business college education
- One year general office experience
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate a calculator, telephone system, copier, fax machines and other standard office equipment

Job Duties
- Maintain records of daily breakfast and lunch patronage for satellite schools
- Communicate with various positions to ensure food items are in stock
- Use current software to review orders and verify that proper food quantities are sent to each campus
- Prepare counts for the central kitchen and warehouse to ensure ordered quantities are accurate
- Coordinate with produce vendors to select and order correct quantities of fresh fruit and vegetables for the FFVP at participating campuses
- Order breakfast items from the warehouse, meat market, or bakery using pick sheets
- Order canned fruit, cheese, and miscellaneous items from warehouse, market and bakery
- Provide itemized satellite and bread orders, by school, to the bread company
- Order satellite items, produce, and tortillas from outside vendors as needed
- Order all items for sack lunches
- Process weekly breakfast and lunch cancellations from schools
- Make menu recommendations based on available fresh fruit inventory
- Receive emergency calls and schedule "hot shot" deliveries with warehouse or bakery
- Be available early to answer calls or emails from schools missing items and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
