Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 plus year of alcohol service experience in a bar setting
- Completion of the Responsible Vendor training course and Certification Exam is mandatory with a passing score
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Working knowledge of state and local liquor laws
- Excellent guest service skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures and state and federal liquor laws and regulations and ensure all bar staff do the same
- Understand all items sold at the bar with the ability to answer questions make recommendations and upsell
- Monitor excessive alcohol consumption of guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exemplary guest service while preparing and serving drinks
- Assist in daily operation and maintenance of the theatre bar area
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times
