Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service
- Answer product-related questions and recommend additional or alternative products
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Collect payments and make change for cash transactions
- Use electronic scanners to record prices
- Weigh items, bag merchandise, and redeem food stamps and coupons
- Monitor and manage potential front-end shrink
- Perform Customer Service Assistant duties frequently
