Job Requirements
- Minimum availability Monday through Friday
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prior cleaning experience or equivalent
- Completion of background check
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work full-time
- Ability to work in various physical environments
- Commitment to following company policies
Job Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in housekeeping, hotels, in-home health care, or hospitals is preferred
- Valid driver's license for those driving company vehicles
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is properly supplied (for team leads)
- Follow cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Delight customers to encourage repeat business
- Work collaboratively with team members
