- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (team lead)
- Maintain equipment
- Ensure the company vehicle is stocked with housekeeping supplies
- Follow established cleaning processes to delight customers
- Earn tips through excellent service
