Job Duties
- clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow the cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage the team's schedule and drive safely if serving as team lead
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked if serving as team lead
- delight customers to encourage repeat business
- safely operate the company vehicle if required
