Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow the cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and ensure car is loaded with housekeeping supplies (for team leads)
- Delight customers with quality and timely cleaning services
- Uphold company values and promote a positive team environment
