Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with housekeeping supplies (for team leads)
- Follow established cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent customer service and create positive client relationships
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete scheduled appointments
