Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of relevant cooking or food preparation experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to work under pressure
- completion of food handler safety training
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of basic cooking techniques and Italian cuisine
- ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients and kitchen stations for service
- assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- support line cooks during peak service hours
