Job Duties
- Complete general sanitation on equipment and facilities per SSOPs
- Work with industrial cleaning chemicals such as chlorinated alkaline soaps, degreasers, sanitizers and acidified cleaning compounds
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards, following SSOPs, visual inspections and QA inspector feedback
- Willing to work flexible hours and shifts (day or night - primarily night shift)
- Work in a safe manner - adhering to PPE requirements, chemical handling requirements, ladder safety, electrical safety and general safety protocols
- Understand and adhere to all processes when diluting concentrated chemicals
- Must be comfortable working in a rain suit with all PPE (goggles, boots, sleeves, gloves, bump cap) in a wet, refrigerated environment
- Follow directions from supervisor and crew lead to achieve sanitation goals and cleanliness standards
