Job Duties
- work unsupervised during the night shift
- perform major cleaning of the interior restaurant building and equipment
- dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble cooking equipment including broilers, fryers, and hood filters
- change grease in fryers
- clean floors, walls, ceilings, and windows
- observe and enforce safety and security procedures
- report any hazards or irregularities
