Job Duties
- Work unsupervised during the night
- conduct major cleaning of the restaurant interior and equipment
- dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble cooking equipment such as broiler, fryers, and hood filters
- change grease in fryers
- clean floors, walls, ceilings, and windows
- observe and enforce safety and security procedures
