Job Duties
- Work unsupervised during the night
- Perform major cleaning of interior restaurant building and equipment
- Dismantle, clean, sanitize and reassemble cooking equipment including broiler, fryers, hood filters
- Change grease in fryers
- Clean floors, walls, ceiling, windows
- Observe and enforce safety and security procedures
- Report any irregularities during the shift
